At Lindex Electronics, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products, each subjected to rigorous testing at the factory and again at our warehouse to ensure they meet our high standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Please note: We do not accept returns of perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exceptions:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing not due to our error, is not eligible for a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, damage resulting from postal services, power surges, or improper use is beyond our responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: [email protected]

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to our address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
